Wild Mushroom Soup

Rich, earthy wild mushroom soup made with homemade organic chicken stock and a wild assortment of mushrooms: dried porcinis and fresh, organic shiitake, white, milky, button and portobello mushrooms, French cream, and herbs.

Serving suggestions: Garnish with truffle oil, sautéed sliced mushrooms, fresh parsley and/or a splash of sherry.

    All soups are made w organic vegetables and herbs, homemade organic stock and extra-virgin olive oil, unless otherwise indicated.

    Store for up to 7-10 days in refrigerator; up to 90 days in freezer.
    Reheat in a covered pan over a low flame on the stovetop for several minutes until gently bubbling. Or microwave on LOW in one-minute increments until hot. Stir soup and serve.
